    Hi,
I would like to replace my old 5400rpm by a Seagate MOMENTUS XT on my HP Pavillion DV6-1120ef.
    - MOTHERBOARD : 518432-001 (Latest BIOS F.46)
    - CPU : Dual Core T4200
    - CHIPSET : PM45
    - RAM : 4Go DDR2-800
    - GPU : RADEON HD4530 512 Mo
Do you think it will be recognized with SSD functionality ?
    Thanks in advance,
    Olivier.

There is nothing to recognise - the drive handles caching to the small SSD portion internally.

Yes. Unless you get a faulty drive it will work.
