    More than likely, it will power your notebook in normal workloads (i.e. no BM'ing/stress tests).

    I would not buy it myself though. I would (always) match the voltage and get a PS with a higher than needed for the intended equipment, maximum amperage.

    While the 150W rating between the two seems identical at first glance, there is a difference (how significant will be in how you use/abuse your notebook).

    Remember, even with identical twins, you will still have a favorite/better choice. ;)
