Hi guys I just bought a Asus n56vz.( i7 3630QM ) GPU is 30c and the fans is quite loud, sounds like youre next to someone taking a shower. Is it possible for me to manually adjust the fan and lower it? It seems to me it doesnt need to be spinning this much since im not doing anything demanding.

ive tried speedfan and im checking in the advance meny but theres no visible alternatives (there was on my desktop)
any other software or am i missing something in speedfan?
if i cant get the noise down i probably have to return it.

thanks for any help or suggestions!

It may be a mechanical problem with your fan. A bad bearing or imbalance initially comes to mind. I would recommend taking the fan out and inspecting the fan blades to make sure none of them are hitting on the fan's frame. Pulling the fan rotor out and lubricating it isn't out of the question either.
