    I didn't know where to put this thread so here goes.

    What's the max monitors a 7970m can handle with games at a relatively high FPS/ resolution? I've tried to google it, but did not come up with any good answers I liked.

    can I not get like an external video adapter?

    Well I would be playing a video game on one screen with having my other monitors on like a web browser and such.

    I just want to play the game on 1 monitor and surf the web and other things on the 2nd monitor

    why don't you go try it out? :p you'll probably find out that way. it should be able to do what you asked, though.

    The reason I haven't tried it out is because I haven't bought my laptop yet and I was getting some research done prior :p
