    Max temp of T9550 is only 50C with ORTHOS running, normal?

    EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED! I had my battery settings to longest battery life. now it's peaking at 70C :) time to undervolt!


    I'm trying to undervolt and the temp seems pretty low. Current temp is only 37C also.

    Yep that's normal, my T8100 is only 44 deg under full load when undervolted at an ambient of 85 degrees. Currently it is at 32.6 deg.

    this is prior to undervolting. According to Task Manager, the CPU Usage is at 100% for both cores. I'm using Prime95 and the max temp has increased to 52C.

    I just thought it'd be higher.

    There seem to be a few cpu stability testing programs that use the Intel linpack. [url="http://www.ultimate-filez.com/files/IntelBurnTest.zip]IntelBurnTest[/url] is another. It's more basic than OCCT and doesn't have those nice graphs, but it does have a later linpack version. I guess you could always download the latest linpack from Intel and update OCCT with it though. :)
