Please tell me how to check the clock speed of RAM. Is there any software available for this?

download cpu-z , and download some version of sandra. They will tell you everything. CPU-Z is easier to understand.

Two slots of Corsair DDR2 are installed on my laptop (T7300 processor) with the clock speed of 667 MHz but the “CPU-z” software is only showing 333 MHz (corsair PC2-5300).

Yes, that is right. It is 333MHz, because your ram is dual channel. hence the 2 after PC. The ram runs at a combined speed of 667MHz. Your ram is working perfectly normal.

333X2=666 (667) that is what double means. It is correct you have 667Mhz PC5300/5400 RAM

No, not dual channel, that's something different.

What powerpack said, double data rate - effectively, everything's double pumped. Thus each is running at 667.
