My Super Pi test would have been even twice as fast if the program was programmed to use 2 processors. While I ran those tests only 1 processor was going full throttle - so the test ran at mostly 50% CPU usage.
I know there are faster laptops than mine, but I think I have the fastest time so far ? 2M 1:15 -

Wow, 1:15 is very fast. What model Duo do you have?

I have the T2500 2Ghz Duo 667 FSB.
If I didn't get this deal from Dell I was last looking at an Acer Ferrari or a custom built Asus Barebone from my brother (he sells computer stuff too so I could have gotten these at cost).
Those Sagers look good too. What's their best screen resolution? -

test is flawed, its like testing a car's hp as its rolling off the assembly line (a mistake that mazda paid dearly for with the rx8) this only measures the peak speed from a chilled processor thats been fliping through web pages, try geting anywhere close to same result after running hl2 on top res (where the test actually matters)

The time on battery power can easily be changed. When on battery power, I have the cpu speed all the way down in ePower Management. I could easily turn it up to get the same time as on AC power (I hope). I think I could even improve on the AC power time by freshly installing XP and running the bare minimum of programs, but I'm pretty happy with 1:22! -
wow, core duo does a difference, I mean look at the people with core duos and normal ones. There is a noticable difference!!!
