Hello, I am trying to upgrade the memory on my Acer Aspire 5002WLMi notebook and I have found that it does take pc3200 memory. However, I cannot find any with CL 2.5. Should I buy the slower pc2700 memory with a lower latency or should I buy the faster memory with a higher latency? Thanks.

Higher or lower will be fine. Higher will be a little bit better, but the speed of the memory matters little with respect to the actual amount of memory you have.

Your system has a maximum memory bus of PC2700.
If you were to buy the PC3200, it would clock down to PC2700 speeds of 333Mhz, at 2.5, 2.5, 2.5, 6 timings.

You can buy either PC2700 or PC3200, both with work in your system, consequently the PC3200 will run at PC2700 speeds.
So only get the PC3200 if its cheaper than PC2700.
