Hey everyone,
I get my brand new SZ160 via UPS today and I had a quick question. I was able to score the Muskin 2GB 667mhz PC2-5300 pack of memory from Fry's/Outpost for only $180 (after tax).
I also bought 2GB woth of the PC2-5300 667mhz Corsair Value Memory which will cost me $240 (after tax and $20 mail in rebate).
My question is, should I just stick with the Muskin at $60 cheaper, or is Corsair really that much better ans worth the extra $ as I seem to be reading on different forums?
Any and all input is truly appreciated!
Thanks,
Hayden

I haven't really heard anything about Muskin and it may be fine, but Corsair has a good reputation around the forums here. I would keep the Corsair.

Well Corsair is more well known to be a great RAM. The Mushkin is like a budget RAM. It is just a name and reputation. Corsair is worth it if you have the money. Otherwise make sure you read the reviews before you purchase so you know what you are getting into.
Just my $.02 -
They are both quality ram, but my choice would be to pocket the $60 and keep the Mushkin.
