    Hey everyone,

I get my brand new SZ160 via UPS today and I had a quick question. I was able to score the Muskin 2GB 667mhz PC2-5300 pack of memory from Fry's/Outpost for only $180 (after tax).

I also bought 2GB woth of the PC2-5300 667mhz Corsair Value Memory which will cost me $240 (after tax and $20 mail in rebate).

My question is, should I just stick with the Muskin at $60 cheaper, or is Corsair really that much better ans worth the extra $ as I seem to be reading on different forums?

Any and all input is truly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Hayden

I haven't really heard anything about Muskin and it may be fine, but Corsair has a good reputation around the forums here. I would keep the Corsair.

Well Corsair is more well known to be a great RAM. The Mushkin is like a budget RAM. It is just a name and reputation. Corsair is worth it if you have the money. Otherwise make sure you read the reviews before you purchase so you know what you are getting into. :)

    Just my $.02

They are both quality ram, but my choice would be to pocket the $60 and keep the Mushkin.
