    Memory in Thinkpad T43

    Correct me if I'm wrong please. Can you replace memory in both sodimm slots on the T43.

    Potentially going to purchase model 26686cu which comes with 512Kb memory installed. I definitely will up that amount to 1Gb. But, debating whether to buy 1Gb or another 512Kb. I know the system maxes out at 2Gb and may want to do that latter on.

    BTW, rather than configuring on Lenovo site, will be buying from newegg.

    Hello, yes you can replace both of the slots.

    By the way, I think you mean MB (Megabytes) rather KB (kilobytes)
