    i was wondering what program could allow to change the MEROM or core duo Multiplier on ES versions. I know they can be changed downwards on this ES versions, but is it possible on Normal version? Whats the highest Multiplier for the ES version? Can they be changed up wards? What program allows this? (on desktops as in notebooks) What program are Extreme version Users using to change theirs?
