I apologize for my stupidity, as I have never cloned an HDD to an SSD before. Trying to move over Windows 10 and everything I have on it.

When selecting the source drive, multiple options pop up as seen here:

I can only select one. The "OS_Install C:" will contain my operating system and everything else to clone over, correct? I'm just thrown off by the bottom right "Other" having 18.70gb of data on it. Are all the "Other"s just cache/backup? Will everything I wish to copy over on the "OS_Install?" I"m also rather thrown off since my HDD is 750gb.

Thanks, and again, I apologize for my inexperience.

D: is usually the extended partition of the HDD but these numbers do not add up to 750GB. Per your graphic it is a 1TB drive or there abouts. The 18.7 is usually the recovery partiton. What size is the SSD you are putting in the system?

The SSD I will be putting in is a 250gb Samsung Evo 850. And yes, I was mistaken, the HDD is 1tb, not 750gb.Thanks for correcting me on that.

So since the 18.7 is just recovery, cloning the "C:" drive should give me all my files plus my operating system, correct?

In Theory yes! Just try it out and boot up. See, if everything is there and working. If not you still have your original HDD as a backup.

I normally clone the whole drive, otherwise there is the risk of the boot files not getting copied. The cloning software may be more willing to squeeze 1TB into 250GB if the two main partitions are shrunk (using Windows Disk Management or Minitool Partition Wizard) so that the total size of all partitions is less than 250GB.
