Is it safe to mix 1.5V DDR3 and 1.35V DDR3L in the same system?
It's an Ivy Bridge based platform (HM76 + i7-3630QM) which should accept both DDR3 and DDR3L. Just not sure if it's OK to mix them.

You're not going damage anything if that's what you're worried about. I actually just did this myself in my HP ProBook 6475b (A10-4600M supports DDR3/DDR3L 1600) and mixed 1.50V and 1.35V RAM. Its working fine, however I am not sure and have not confirmed if both are operating at 1.50V or if the RAM sticks are separately operating at 1.50V and 1.35V simultaneously.
If anyone knows of a way to check this, please do share! Otherwise, HWiNFO64 just says the RAM spec voltage and I cannot tell if that is what they are actually operating at or not.octiceps likes this. -
Thanks.
Did you check CPU-Z? The SPD tab should show operating voltage. -
They both work at 1.5v.
