I'm wondering what difference I would notice between the Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator and the 128MB NVIDIA GeForce and 256MB NVIDIA GeForce.

I use my computer to watch movies, use Excel, Word, email, and some photo editing.

For those applications, there will be no performance difference. EXCEPT the Intel GPU will have better battery life if you do that stuff away from your desk.

Better battery life with the higher end video card?

He is saying that you wont notice any difference between a dedicated and onboard graphics card, because the apps you mentioned are not 3d intensive. An intergrated card can run all of the apps mentioned. The nvidia geforce cards are more powerful, because they can handle more 3d intensive programs and games.

You would get better battery life with integrated graphics vs dedicated. (not sure if the others are dedicated or not).
