I was wondering if it is possible to change the response rates for different keys. I've checked Control Panel, but there weren't any settings of this sort. Would it be possible to do it in the registry? I want to modify the SpaceBar so that is has the same sensitivity as my Ctrl key. I wouldn't mind if the change would be permanent (in fact, I would prefer it to be permanent).
Eg. There is a response time lag/delay of 0.002 seconds before the information of the SpaceBar getting pressed gets sent to the CPU, whereas there is a lag of 0.000002 for Ctrl.
PS. I know this request/question may sound a bit wierd and pointless, but I have my reasons. I'm using the keyboard on-board the HP dv6836, if that helps. Thanks in advance.
