    Hi, does anyone have any experience with monarchcomputer.com?
    The resellerrating at http://www.resellerratings.com is ok but I would love to hear from you guys as well.
    The reason why I'm looking at this shop is because I'm currently looking for good/decent shops that won't charge CA tax(Sadly zipzoomfly and newegg charges tax!).

    They are located here in GA very close to where I live. My buddies both had their desktops custom built there. Monarch did a great job and didn't cut any corners. There customer service was also good. I know my friend had problems with his video card and they helped him fix the problem in a very timely manner.

    As a reseller I am not so sure, but I would assume they would be just as helpful. I would recommend purchasing from them.

    I've purchased many of the parts sitting in this desktop I'm using from them. Things came quickly, never had to talk to them. I have no idea how their customer service is for returns.
