Is there a way to monitor when/how the system uses ReadyBoost, like the % of ReadyBoost space actually used, I/O, etc.?

Readyboost will use the whole space you allowed it too as one file. It will just keep on overwriting that assigned space.

With your current notebook specs, readyboost is useless to be honest with you.

Is there a way to watch how much is being used like using Task Manager to watch CPU and RAM?

No, like flip said it assigns the designated amount and uses as much as you set.

I believe he wants to monitor the Readyboost activity.

As far as i know, theres no monitor on what its actually doing..

You can try look in the Performance and Reliability monitor. Add Counter > Search for some sort of readyboost counter
