In perfmon, i can select disk reads/sec and writes/sec, but the scale is 1.0, which shows the number of reads or writes well when the graph has a scale of 0-100.

But i want to get a realistic number from these readings.

What is the best scale to set the counter to, so as to get a realistic count of iops?
