Im about to upgrade my cpu soon just waiting for arctic silver to arrive now, but in the mean time im bothered if my bios will accept the new cpu which is an Intel Core Duo Processor T2350 1.8ghz http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sspec=sl9jk#, i'm upgrading from an Intel Celeron M 430. the most recent bios update from manufacturer is the one below, so idk where else to find a bios update for it, if indeed i need to update it to a newer version so it can recognize it. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

You picked the right one, the latest from your manufacturer is the right one. What remains to be seen however is whether the BIOS supports the new CPU (should be found in any release notes or check with others here), it should, but there's no guarantee unless you can see the changes they've (manufacturer) have made to the BIOS (noted in release notes).
