im about to get my dell inspiron 1520 in 2 days and im super psyched so i decided to start buying accessories. My current desktop has a Logitech MX-518 Gaming Grade Mouse. Do you guys think it would be better for me to...
    1. buy a new mouse for my desktop, and use the mx518 on my laptop, or
    2. buy a new wired notebook mouse for my laptop, or
    3. buy a new wireless notebook mouse for my laptop
    Any advice would be appreciated.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the desktop stays home, I go to college with the laptop.

One thing you need to be careful about Gaming wireless mouses is that the reciever can be massive, and it may be that you need to plug the reciever into a power outlet, as in the Logitech MX1000. If you go for a wireless mouse, make sure its a small travel type mouse.

So I say, buy a new, small wireless mouse.

    I would get wireless.

I love my MX518 for my G2S, but the wires just hamper the feel of the notebook so much...

I'd like wireless headsets, wireless external keyboards for when I'm hampered down at home, and wireless mice. Unfortunately, all these free things I got with the G2S have kept me nailed down to the wires. :D
