that seems to be the cheapest one but i noticed its "bare drive" only what does that mean vs retail? should i just go ahead with ewiz.com one for like 180 which is retail i believe..

Bare drive is OEM... It just doesn't come in retail packaging or any additional accesories that may be supplied with a retail version such as screws, full manual etc. I always go for OEM versions because its cheaper.

Most of the time you buy laptop drives online they are OEM.
