Does my laptop have a MXM slot?

And if so, will I be able to use it.

I'm just wondering because other Vaio FWs have dedicated graphics.

    ugh no.
Your laptop has an integrated graphics card, which cannot be upgraded easily. You would need to buy an entire new motherboard to upgrade to low end ATi or nVidia solutions. This requires dismantling your entire laptop, and is not really cost effective.
The only Sony's which have upgradeable let alone removable graphics cards are the 17" + size models. But even then, they do not use MXM, they use a proprietary connector, so SONY can suck the most money out of you they can.
