My Clevo P775DM3-G which was purchased from ebay a few weeks ago. The laptop is in fantastic condition but despite that, it freezes after a few minutes of work and I am forced to force shut it down also I can't update the drivers through obsidian because it freezes midway.Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem?
It has a full 200W 8GB Geforce GTX1080 running at desktop card clocks and can run 4 displays. There are 4 sodimm slots, 2 of which are populated by 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR. The processor is an Intel Skylake i7 6700K 4.0Ghz (quad core with HT) desktop processor,Storage wise there are 2 x SATA slots and 2 x M.2 PCIE slots, the laptop has a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO M.2 SATA SSD with Windows 10 PRO and drivers installed and a 4K 3840 x 2160 IPS panel w/ NVIDIA G-Sync.

Have you measured max temp for Cpu-PCH-Gpu? If not, download and use Hwinfo64 or Hwmonitor. Download Who Crashed and see what the error log says. Google the results you get. As well post it here.

    Edit. WhoCrashed v5.54 - HWiNFO64

Maybe take a backup of important data and perform new clean OS install for a new fresh start. Then you can rule out the Os as a culprit for your problems. Download, then save latest drivers on a usb stick with a working machine before you begin. Same for the OS.

Who did you purchase this laptop from? Ebay is not the place to be buying stuff like this.
Unless it were purchased from an authorized Clevo partner, you are rolling the dice and taking chances. If you purchased it from a clevo partner, it would be tested in house and verified as working before it got shipped out. I also don't consider Newegg and Amazon nor their ebay shops to be actual partners, even though they are authorized resellers; at least you keep full warranty with them.

A laptop should not be freezing on a clean windows install. You can try resetting all the Bios settings and EC firmware, if applicable, to base factory defaults, by doing a CMOS clear, and then EC reset. if this doesn't help, then you must RMA.

Try one memory at a time and see if that helps. If you have extra memory modules , might want to try those instead of the ones in the system right now.
Also you be able to make a video of how the crash happens? And is it always pretty much after the same duration?
