My Clevo W230ST is retiring soon, but its CPU is too good to just die.

My 2 year-old Clevo W230ST is retiring soon. It will be replaced by Asus Zenbook.

But the thing is that its CPU, i7-4700MQ, is just too good to simply retire.

I know there are some motherboards for mobile cpu, so I am looking for those. I did find a few but the price was ridiculous, ranging from 250 ~ 350.

As long as a motherboard has HM87 chipset and Socket G3 947, the cpu should work.

    Anyone got any recommendations?
