    My Speaker Jack is not working. Any other way to connect my speakers to my laptop?

    My speaker jack is broken (the hole where you connect speakers and headphones). My laptop is a Dell and my warranty expired so I have to dish out several hundred dollars to fix such a minor problem which I cannot do.
    I don't know why its broken, maybe something crawled in it and died or the circuitry is damaged.
    Is there any other way to connect the speakers like using an adapter to connect it through a USB port? I know you can do that with a mouse and keyboard.....
