    firstly i wanna ask can 64 bit processor run 32 bit application?
    secondly is santa rosa worth waiting?coz i have read that very soon in 200 there will be a revolution for laptops.

    errr...I assume you mean 64 bit processors. And yes, they can run 32 bit processors. I'm using a 64bit processor right now to run the 32bit Windows XP.

    And I'd wait for Santa Rosa. It's a pretty significant upgrade...but yes, there will always be "revolutions" around the corner.

    Umm, 4-bit processors are like from the 1980s...

    All processors sold today are 32-bit or 64-bit, so yes, any processor you buy today will run a 32-bit application.

    And yes, Santa Rosa will be out in about two months. I suggest waiting. The FSB increase, NAND, new chipset, and a few other goodies are worth the wait.

    thanks guys.2 months time?damn,my school is urging me to use a laptop,and i really want to wait for santa rosa to come out.will the new santa rosa laptops be more a lot more expensive?
