I have a question about my Ipod and if i could get a replacement. My Ipod sometimes won't start up, other times it turns on but can't play the music, and almost every time i turn it on, if i have not used it for about a day, it will reboot. Do you think i could get a replacement? I have apple care and i still have over a year left on it.

If you have apple care sure. Just give them a call, tell them whats wrong. They will try and troubleshoot it with you before they just outright replace it, but if you have care I dont see why they wouldnt replace it if its not functioning.

It works 98% of the time though. They might not be able to see it when it is not working correctly.
