Can i know that my Sony VAIO VPCSA35GG laptop is compatible with SSD or not?

And what sata version is my laptop currently have? m-sata, sata III or sata II?
Where is my original hard disk in my Sony VAIO VPCSA35GG laptop located. Is it easy or difficult to change the original HDD with SSD if it is compatible.

Please provide some brands of SSD for me to reference if my laptop is compatible with SSD.

    Thanks.

The Sony VAIO VPCSA35GG is a Sandy Bridge notebook so it should be able to support SATA III but is backwards compatible to SATA I/II. It depends on your budget on which SSD you want but I believe many here would point you towards Intel, Samsung and Crucial SSD's based on reliability, specifically the Intel 320, 520, Samsung 830 or Crucial M4.

Do you perhaps mean the Intel 510? The 520 was just recently released, and I haven't seen too many reliability numbers just yet.

You might want to try asking in the Sony forum too, because Sony sometimes uses proprietary parts - examples of this would be USB Light Peak and the special drive connector in the Z series.
