Hey i try to use my cambridge speakers on my dell inspiron 6000 today i don't get any sound from it. But when i plug in my head phones it works fine. Last time i use the speakers was 1 week ago when i parted out my old desktop.
i try to config the sound and audio devices still no luck.

If you are getting sound through the jack on your earphones, but not on teh speakerset then the speakerset is broken (provided you tested every other possibility)...

Get them fixed under warranty or replace them and move on...
