I'm definitely curious about this one...

That's very neat. I would imagine it would be uncomfortable as well.
-
I'm actually a little curious about that...HP sites a 3rd party report that it is actually somewhat comfy...but that could just be the one report of 100 that says so!
I'm playing with my PCMCIA port filler right now, and it doesn't seem too crazy of an idea... -
That's been around(concept-wise) for a while now, but interesting to see that HP might of taken off with that idea.

FYI...found this: http://www.newtonperipherals.com/

I want one. Seriously, I think I'm going to get it pretty soon. It's pricey at $70, but imo probably worth it if you don't already have a bt mouse.
Here's the TigerDirect product page. It's got tons of pictures and a few reviews.

I don't think I would ever get one, just because it can potentially add dirt and debris in the slot. But the slot bluetooth remote control sounds pretty cool =D

That is MoGo mouse with HP Logo on it. It's been around for almost 1 year.
Yes, it is PCMCIA.
And,
It doesn't fit into any HP new models. What a pain. -
Look at the way you're holding onto your mouse right now. Now look at the mouse graphic in the link from night_2004. Yeah...

Looks handy for those of us with both PCMCIA and ExpressCard slots who don't really know what to do with our PCMCIA slots
Too bad they don't do something like an iPod or touchpad interface to emulate a scroll wheel. I don't know about you, but a mouse without a scroll wheel is just about useless. My touchpad will scroll if I run my finger down the right side of it, which is more useful than this thing is.
