Yes i am a noob! I just wanted to ask, if the online store costcentral is legit or not? I am sorry if this seems obvious, but they seem to have greate prices and i am needing to buy something worth $1400, so i wanted to make sure!
Whilst i am at it, is provantage.com also a legit store?
I am sorry if i posted in the wrong forums!

Usually, if it seems too good to be true, it's usually fake.
But look: Cost Central / Erie Computer Company - costcentral.com - Reviews, Ratings and Prices at ResellerRatings
Seems they have good reviews, so yeah seems like they're legit. -
I have always been skepticle with thinking that companies may hire people to make fake reviews haha! That is why i thought i would ask the community who i would expect would know of them if they are real. Provantage is only $50 moreso if people have heard more good from these people, then i will buy from them.
Keep the comments coming people

Always a good idea to check stores out on the Better Business Bureau ( United States and Canada BBB Consumer and Business Reviews, Reports, Ratings, Complaints and Accredited Business Listings) before doing any business with them. Real businesses take BBB feedback VERY seriously.
You will find records for CostCentral on the BBB site. Several complaints were logged but you will see they were 100% resolved in a timely and acceptable manner from the feedback. No complaints about wrong items being delivered or lack of delivery.
I ordered an x220t from CostCentral and have found their customer support to be very friendly and helpful. Also most fake stores will not have a valid customer help line and usually require payments using non-refundable methods like Amazon Gift Cards, etc.
FYI CostCentral does have a credit card verification policy for non-business clients so don't be alarmed if you get any email requesting photo ID verficiation before they process your order.
*NOOB*COstcentral is it a legit store?
