    Need Help Deciding Which TV Tuner To Buy For My Laptop

    I've been thinking about getting a TV Tuner for my LapTop for awhile but I've been waiting until I had spare cash. That time is now.

    Ok, I am looking for an External HDTV Tuner for my laptop. I want to watch TV on my Laptop, record shows to my laptop, and to record my gaming. If you all need to know, my Laptop specs are:

    Windows Vista Home Basic SP1
    Compaq Presario CQ50-108NR
    AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-60 1.90 GHz
    NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G
    2GB RAM

    My HDTV is this one here.

    And my Satellite company is DirecTV, and I have a HD DVR, this one.

    My budget is $70 max. I would prefer a USB plug-in as well.

    I don't know much about TV Tuners which is why I need your help. I was thinking of getting this one here as it meets my requirements (I think) and budget but idk if it is good or not. Well, help me choose please.

    I don't have Windows Media Center, so I heard that GB-PVR was the next best thing so I was going to try that out. Also, the TV Tuner that I posted has its own software.
