So I currently have a 64gb C300, which was in my desktop as a boot drive, now in my laptop as the very same.
I'm looking to get one more ssd, either to put in my desktop or my laptop.
So, I need to know what you guys recommend for a SSD. I'm looking for fast boot times/fast load times, I don't do THAT many writes to the drive so that's not a big deal. Budget would be ~$150 if it would be 100gb+... about $100 for a boot drive.
Ideas?

I'd go with the Crucial M4 128gb, but the lowest price I've seen it it $180.

Crucial M4 seems to be a good balance of performance/price, but i dont think you will be able to get the 128gb inside $150, its more around $200, but the 64gb is at $95 at newegg or $100 at amazon.

M4 is king right now in reliability (well Intel is too on that, and Samsung, but Samsung has no SATA 3 quite yet, and jury will be a while on their new ones), performance (FW 0009 puts it ahead of Sandforce in real-life scenarios) and is very competitive in price with other offerings.

If you don't want to pay the price of the M4 128GB, I'd recommend Kingston V+ 100 96GB. Excellent real world performance and value for money.

Moreso than storage space, battery life and boot times are more the priority. I'd rather have a good speed 64gb ssd that will improve my battery life than a 100gb one that gives no battery improvement and has mediocre speed.

If you're lucky, you can find sweet deals on the M4 128GB. Last week, NCIX had 50 at $160. They were gone inside an hour though. Seriously, a mediocre speed SSD will still feel insanely fast and don't worry about the battery life, the difference between 64/92/128GB is ridiculously small.
Need a SSD Recommendation!
