    Hello all, and still asking questions, (even after searching.. :eek: ) I need a new battery badly for my D520, as it only holds max 10 mins.... But i will not pay $119 from dell for a new battery.. :eek: While searching ebay, i seem to find they are around $30 shipped, but most likely are made in china.

    It's okay if i have to replace it every year, but do these battery suffer from the recall/fire? Thats the only thing that scares me, as the laptop is on 24/7.

    I am looking to get around an hr or 2 out of this battery, will a 6 cell last that long? If you owned this D520, would you buy the battery in the ebay link, install it, and never worry about it till it dies? Will this work with the software for life/health of the battery? Anyone bought ebay battery, how are they holding up, and how long is the life? thanks!!
