Gateway for whatever reason only uses 1 screw to secure the wireless card and I ended up stripping it when I swapped in a 4965AGN and up course it didn't come with any screws.

Gateway support is completely useless as usual and keeps referring me to their sales department.

Anyone know where I can get more of these tiny screws?

Bring the stripped screw to a hardware store. They will find you a replacement easily

You can even buy it online if you know about screw sizes/types.

Aslong as the screw fits and holds the card down, its fine.
