I need a wireless printer around like 100 or less, it doesn't need to be good, just reliable and wont break. I want to be able to hook it up to my laptop and my desktop. I figure I can use my wireless card to connect and just have a solid connection to the desktop? not sure though.

Lexmark AIO, get it on sale at Office depot, etc.

HP also makes a few, but we've had good luck w/ the Lexmark, Series X4xxx

If you have a router or a switch at home, you could just get a printer with a network port (RJ45) and you will be able to share that printer on the network.

In fact, all you have to do is connect a printer (USB, LPT, anything) to one of your computers, enable Printer sharing on that computer (home network wizard), and keep both the computer and the printer turned on. Any other PC that connects to the same network as the computer with the printer will be able to print using that printer.

If your router/switch has a built in printer server, then you can just connect any USB printer to it and it will be shared automatically.

Of course, purchasing a wireless enabled printer is probably the best choice if you lack experience in setting up networks.
