Ok so I just got my new laptop and would like to connect to to the tv in my living room for watching movies and etc. However, that tv is wall mounted, so I cannot get to the HDMI plugs in the back. The only plugs I can get to on the TV are the S video (the red, yellow, and white plugs) and a composite plug. On laptop, all I have are an HDMI and VGA plug. Will this work for what I am wanting to do?

Will that hook me right up to the tv from the hdmi plug on my laptop? Im new at this stuff so I didnt know, based off the name of those cables, if they were for RCA tvs only or what, anyways any help is appreciated.

Heres the laptop I have if its any help to you: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834220525
