I have a HP DV5t with chipset intel PM45, My processor is intel core 2 duo t5800. Can I upgrade to T9400?

By the way, I'm using geforce 9600gt now. Can I replace it with a stronger NVIDIA card?

Since you have a 45-series chipset, you can use any of the usual Socket P processors right up through the T9800. The T9400 will work as well. I'm not 100% sure, but your GPU is almost certainly soldered to the motherboard and will not be replaceable.
