    MaveR here.
    I have asus g73jh with 4 slots for ram.
    Can I install 2gb+2gb+4gb+4gb of ram in it?
    Would be really appreciated for advise

    You can install whatever combination of compatible memory you choose. The only downside to your plan being it probably won't run in dual channel mode(Or four slots = quad channel?).

    That would depend on what cpu you have.

    If you have an Intel® Core™ i7-620M/ i5 / i3 platform, then no.

    If you have an Intel® i7-720QM / i7-820QM platform, then yes.

    It should work and really loss of dual channel memory is not so much since the G73JH has no iGPU...
