It says OEM in the description. One month warranty and 7-day money-back return policy? It seems there's not much to lose here. If it turns out to be ES somehow, you can send it back within 7 days and get your money back. 100% positive feedback since 2004, as well.

1 it wont have an S spec number on the chip ( i.e sl9yy ) and 2: if you run cpu-s it will say ES in the description of it.

No, that means it has an S-spec number, which means it's not ES.

It's not ES but it is a Micro-FCBGA package type. These are designed to be soldered on motherboards like in Macbooks. The people who are selling the CPU have added pins so you can put it on your laptop socket (your laptop is designed to accept M-FCPGA CPUs). Be careful when you buy modded CPUs. I don't have any experience with this kind of mods in terms of quality, stability, etc, but I wouldn't have bought it. On the other hand, they have a very good return policy.
