I am trying to spend Max $400 on this because I already have enough gaming laptops as it is.

I would like this to play games like Halo and or some racing games like Dirt or Grid. I don't need max FPS or crazy numbers just smooth and crisp game play.

Its primary use will be for listening to music, playing videos and surfing the web.

    Components
    Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5450 - $61
    Shuttle SA76G2 - $189
    I have 2 GB DDR2 - 800 at home for this - Free
I have 160GB hd at home as well not being used - Free
    AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition Callisto 3.2GHz - $80

Any recs or is this configuration good enough?

Do you know what the fastest CPU I can put in this system?
