When I used CCC. I got a GPU clock of 800 MHz.

Take a look at this image..

Do I have my memory clock too high for my GPU clock ? When I have the memory clock at 1043 MHz, I get errors when I try to raise the GPU clock past 775 MHz.

    Please help.

In case you didn't notice, this is a laptop forum.

With that said, raising the memory clocks won't give you any performance benefits. Raising the core clocks is what you want, but it sounds like you're not even doing it slowly or testing for stability with each incremental OC. That's probably why you're crashing.
