    off all the articles online you chose the one i can't read at all :)

    but can't wait for those. i hope for some keyboardless small screens with touch support, with atom in. putting some of those into my appartment for direct access to .. stuff.

    kinda like a bigger ipod touch or so :)

    Fanless? Wow. I'd like to get a netbook if this turns out to be true. I like the Acer Aspire One but the fan is always ON at all times, so a fanless netbook would do the trick for me. Can't hardly wait. When will it be in netbooks? 2009?

    I believe it's quite easy to change the fan setting for the Acer Aspire One.

    Make the title a bit more entertaining next time ;)

    I run my acer aspire one 8.9" "fanless". just turn the fan off through either a1ctl or aa1fancontrol

    Is my Acer Aspire One the only quiet one in the world? It's so hushed compared to my Gateway.

    Mine's quiet as well. It's more quiet than 100% of laptops with fans running.
