    Hi. I have an HP Pavillion dv6174cl laptop, and was wondering if there was a list of hard drives I could replace mine with. I have a 120gb 5400 rpm hard drive currently, and I want something bigger. I've had my laptop since 2006. I bought the seagate 250gb hard drive from best buy, but it's smaller than the one I'm trying to replace. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Look for a 2.5in hard drive with a 9.5mm thickness. You can most likely get a 500gb 7200rpm or a 640gb 5400rpm
