I put together a Clevo W370ET with an Intel 3210M and 16GB of RAM. After inserting the battery and plugging it in all I get is LEDs and spinning HDs with a black screen. I've tried:

    -Reinstalling CPU (twice)
    -Taking out sticks of RAM
    -Using a 4GB stick I know works
    -Being nice to it
-Attempting to boot with out memory (No beeps. Does this have a speaker?)
-Removing every component but CPU and memory

At this point I think either the CPU or Mobo is bad. The cpu/gpu fan doesn't spin but the heatsink does get warm. I'm out of ideas. Please help.

Did you "Locked" (black screw) the CPU?

Sounds to me like a bad mobo, but I could be wrong. Sorry.
