I replaced the hard drive in my Acer 800cli and it is running incredible hot. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What was the temperature before the upgrade, and what hard disk have you replaced it with? Hard disks shouldn't really get all that hot, since most of them are pretty much the same. Also, is the hard disk under any load of any sort, like a transfer of a large file.
