Hello my name's Jayson and I have a few questions

My sister recently just purchased a Toshiba A135-S2276 and she asked me why it takes so long turning on and off. I'm guessing its because of Vista and the low RAM that it has. The system information shows it only has 400 some odd megs of RAM.

I dont really get into laptop as much so I just want to know how do I go about adding more RAM to this thing. Would that make a difference in the speed and performance running Vista?

Thanks in advance for the help. Any other information for this model would be good too.

Probably the biggest factor is the amount of software loaded - most new laptops come loaded with crap. I would suggest finding someone familiar with this and having them go over it for you.
