    2nd easiest upgrade Hard drive.
Most laptops can have their CPU swapped, but that is usually not something done very often.
And very few can have their GPU (graphics) upgraded.

HD, RAM and the wireless card are the easiest to upgrade.

The Optical Drive is trickier, but can also be upgraded without much fuss.

The CPU is harder, as it will also void your warranty.

The GPU, don't count on it, 95% of laptops can't have their video card upgraded.
