Don't fully understand what it means, but will it affect the ability to run games? I'm looking at specs on this site and it says there's no built in on-board graphics adapter model, but still 2GB graphics memory available. The laptop has 8GB memory available, using Intel Core i7-4702HQ, and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760M (2 GB).
My knowledge of all things related to specs is limited, but from what I've gathered that's a pretty decent laptop for casual gaming. But I've never seen anything related to adapter models so I have no idea how this affects gaming performance, or if it means I won't be able to play games at all. Enlighten me?

It has a GTX 760m which is a medium grade GPU but wil play games at 1366x768 or 1280x720 without much issue. 1080p details will have to be dropped to play the games.

Just an aside, without on-board graphics (and optimus which allows switching) battery life will suffer with this mysterious machine; assuming it is a notebook.
-
it is most likely present if its a laptop, since there is yet another machine other than the SLIed laptop or an ASUS that provides no graphics switching, or shall I say, no on-board graphics
gaming uses the gtx760m solely so it doesn't matter if the on-board graphics is present or not, it is as simple as using one for casual task and the other one for graphically intensive task -
The laptop is an Acer Aspire V3, if it helps. Could be the site had wrong information, but if it doesn't really matter if it's there or not, then I guess I got my answer.

it does have on-board graphics, and yes, it doesn't affect gameplay
make sure you are buying the 1080p version, the specs sheet did inform me that there exists a 900p version
No "on-board graphics adapter model" - does this affect gaming?
