Please move if in wrong forum![]()
Okay, so I know the basics of computers. I know what different parts of a PC are for and I've done some messing around with building before, but nothing without the aide of a person with more experience. I would now like to start building my own gaming PC, completely independent from my cousin.![]()
My budget is around $1100, but this will be over the course of about 6 months, so I know that whatever I buy earlier will be outdated by the time this build is complete. So, case, power supply and motherboard first then fancy extras later.
My budget is perhaps quite high, and maybe this would buy a ninja PC in the US, but then you must know that I am in Norway and components cost a deal more, though you guys don't have to worry about that.
Anyways, I will use this thread for my questions, but I would like to start off by asking for any advice when choosing the first, and probably the most important, components for my build.
So, case, motherboard and powersupply..Go!

Mate, this is a laptop forum. This website has a desktop section.
You are best going to get help there, whilst most people here can help you it is not the relevant section to be asking about desktop pcs -
